As a school, we subscribe to PICTURE NEWS, a weekly news resource to encourage learning from the world around us.

Each week we are provided with a current news story, image and thought provoking question and a variety of teaching resources. They are designed to provide opportunities for children to learn from our world and develop respect for other’s beliefs, feelings and faiths. They encourage exploration, discussion, challenge and inspire children to learn.

These resources may be used in class or as part of Collective Worship.
