In the recent summer 2024 parent questionnaire, parents’ responses included:

“There has been good communication from the Nursery, both for everyday events and ongoing progress. All staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive. [My child] has really loved her time in Cherry class, and it feels like she is well prepared for the transition to Reception.”

“I love that all the children are together in one big open space. The staff are so kind and caring towards my daughter. The activities are always good and provide a lot of learning opportunities for my daughter. Since starting nursery my daughters development has improved significantly.”

“Really pleased how the staff helped settle [My child] in they really helped him.”

“Everyone at the nursery has gone above + beyond to accommodate, include and nurture [My child]. His needs have been catered for in an incredibly flexible way and the additional support we’ve received as a family throughout some incredibly tough processes has been phenomenal. Thank you to you all!”

 “I was concerned about [My child’s] speech and understanding of language. I discussed my concern with [the Nursery manager] and she quickly referred him to SALT, I am pleased that he’s receiving the help he needs because of them.”

In December 2023 the Nursery provided parents with the opportunity to share feedback. We would like to share some of the positive comments with you and take this opportunity to thank all parents that took the time to complete our feedback form, we appreciate all of your comments.

“We can’t thank you enough for the time + effort you put in to make [My child] nursery days so memorable. She absolutely loves nursery and that’s down to you guys!”

“[My child] loves coming to nursery and enjoys all the different activities. The staff have been wonderful in helping her development.”

“[My child’s] first nursery and he loves it!! He skips in every day and comes out with a smile every time. I can only out this down to the wonderful staff!”

“All the staff have been wonderful with helping [My child] build her confidence. She is such a different child compared to when she started”

“All staff very friendly and approachable. [My child] always comes home happy. Very happy with [My child’s] development learnt through nursery. Staff are very supportive regarding any needs with [My child]”
